March 2012, Boston.  New Leaders for New Schools (NLNS) - in partnership with the United States Department of Education and Mathematica - named Match High School a Gold Gain charter school, an award reserved for only three charter schools nationally. 

NLNS' Epic Awards are given based on student achievement gains.  Specifically, the award examines achievement levels of our students before they enter Match High School and examines the degree to which achievement results improve after admission to our school.  The analysis estimates our schools' ability to "add value" to student achievement. 

Previously, Match High School won 3 Gold-Gain awards and Match Middle School won 1 Silver-Gain award, bringing the Match Schools' total to 5 awards with this new one.
