At Match High School, we are always looking for great people to lead our classrooms. If you are passionate about working with students from Boston's inner city, view teaching as a craft that can be mastered, have a good sense of humor, and are serious about education reform, then this is the place for you.

We like phrases like “relentless work ethic.” We buy one another lots of good coffee. We think we collectively have a good sense of humor, though admittedly a little on the dorky side, and we covet that in others. Most importantly, we care about our kids – we’re dedicated to getting them ready for success in college and beyond.

Unfortunately, we are no longer looking for teachers to join us for the 2012-2013 academic year. That said, we are always willing to talk to teachers about future opportunities at our school. ​Tutor at MHS

The Match Corps program is one of the key factors that help make our schools a success; they staff our schools, tutor our students, plan logistics, coach our championship basketball teams and more. If you are interested in a role that pushes you to wear a lot of hats, all while working hard and having fun, then we suggest you apply for our Match Corps program.
