I just got married/had a baby/got divorced.  What do I need to change?

You should update your tax forms and benefits information.  That is the W4 and M4 tax forms, and Harvard Pilgrim, Guardian, and USAble enrollment forms; all are below in the "forms" section.  You are also eligible to change your Flex Spending and Dependent Care deductions; please email for more information on this.

I just moved.  How do I update my address?

When do I get paid? How do I submit timesheets?

Paychecks for salaried employees are issued on the 15th and last day of every month, unless these days fall on a weekend or holiday, in which case checks are issued on the last business day before the weekend/holiday.   Paychecks for hourly employees are issued biweekly, every other Thursday.  We use an on-line electronic time sheet system called HarvestHours submitted on timesheets received by 5:00pm the Friday before payday will be paid on the following Thursday payday.   

When do I need to submit reimbursement requests for each payroll cycle?

All reimbursement requests and timesheets for Match employees must be submitted via Tallie, our online reimbursement system.

Which retirement plan am I contributing to?

All employees of the schools contribute to either the Massachusetts Teacher's Retirement System (teachers and other eligible staff members) or OBRA (all other school staff).  Employees of the Match Foundation or Charles Sposato Graduate School of Education (CSGSE) contribute to Social Security.  Employees of the schools may direct additional voluntary retirement contributions to either OBRA or the Match 403b retirement plan.  Employees of Match Foundation or CSGSE may direct additional voluntary retirement contributions to the Match 403b retirement plan.

What health insurance does Match offer?

Match employees in Massachusetts are offered three Harvard Pilgrim plans - an HMO Full Network, HMO Focus network, and PPO plan.  Our employees in Chicago and New Orleans are offered the PPO plan.  For information on the specifics of these plans see the benefits summaries.

What is the difference between a co-pay and a deductible?

A co-pay is a set amount that you pay to visit a health care provider or for a prescription.  A deductible is the amount of covered services for which you are responsible for before your insurance plan pays.

What is my deductible?

For all plans the deductible is $3,000 for individuals and $6,000 for families of 2 or more.  However, Match covers deductibles in excess of $1000 for individuals and $2000 for families through an HRA plan, effectively lowering the deductible to $1,000 for individuals and $2,000 for families.
