Will Austin, Chief Operating Officer, Uncommon Schools Boston
Prior to his work as COO, Will co-led the Roxbury Prep Charter School. Previously, Mr. Austin taught sixth grade Math Problem Solving. With a high proportion of low-income students, Roxbury Prep has nonetheless been one of the highest-performing schools in Massachusetts, with the top 8th Grade Math MCAS scores for all public schools in 2007 and 2009.
Caleb Dolan, Chief Academic Officer, Knowledge is Power Program (KIPP-Massachusetts)
Prior to that working at KIPP-Massachusetts, Caleb was the founding Principal and a Teacher at KIPP Gaston College Prep in North Carolina. KIPP Gaston has consistently been one of the highest performing charter middle schools in North Carolina, from 2000 – 2009.
Scott Given, CEO, Unlocking Potential
Scott runs a non-profit school management organization that turns around underperforming schools. Prior to founding UP, Scott was the Principal at Excel Academy Charter School.
Elsie Huang, High School Principal, Boston Preparatory Charter Public School
BPCPS is consistently one of the highest performing schools in Massachusetts, on the 8th and 10th grade MCAS exams. Before serving as Principal, Elsie was a founding Science and Math teacher at BPCPS.

Mr. Miranda is the academic officer overseeing a network of several charter high schools throughout the nation, which hire and support hundreds of teachers. Jorge is the first in his family to graduate from college and is proud and humbled to be able to help others take this important step in their lives.

Prior to joining Match, Bisi was principal of Nativity Prep School. Nativity Prep is an independent, tuition-free school serving inner-city boys.
Kimberly Steadman, Elementary School Principal, Brooke Charter School
