Sposato Graduate School of Education

The goal of the Sposato Graduate School of Education® is to create unusually effective rookie teachers and school leaders for low-income students.  At the end of the two-year program, students are awarded a Masters Degree in Effective Teaching.  The program is mapped backwards from the demands of working in the highest performing urban public schools in America.

The Sposato Graduate School of Education offers a pathway into teaching that is distinctly different from the two well-known pathways: traditional graduate schools of educations and alternative programs like Teach for America.
