The Match Associate Teacher Program is a program for teacher candidates with 1-2 years of experience who want to have an incredible year of learning and growth inside a Master Teacher's classroom at Match Charter Public School.

Match Associate Teachers (MATs) are placed on grade-level (K-5th) or subject level (6th-12th) teams at Match Charter Public School for an intensive, year-long apprenticeship. Throughout the year, our associate teachers are coached and mentored by leaders and teachers at Match and slowly take on more classroom responsibilities.

We're looking for highly motivated, early-career teachers who are dedicated to teaching and who want an extra year in a supportive coaching environment to become an incredibly effective lead teacher.

This program is designed to support teachers that have had a minimum of one year experience as a full-time teacher or tutor (including student teaching for a Master's program).

Before applying, be sure to take a look at Match School’s Core Values.
